It is not possible. A LDAP server may use only one login field.
But, maybe a dirty solution exists. A user use the both methods or
always the same ?
Defining 2 LDAP servers, one with uid and one with mail, you will have
the both login methods.
But, if a user use the both methods it will be duplicated in GLPI (one
with its uid and one with its email)
