Good morning everybody, I don't understand the validations flow. For example, if I fill the information about the solution then the ticket go to status SOLVED and I can't send an Approval request to user. If I change the status to Processing (for example) then I can send a validation to user. I thought that the validation had send after to solve the ticket. Is this correct?
Somebody can tell me if it possible send validation after solve a ticket?. Another thing. When I send an Approval request I must choose the Approver (I have more than 300 users). I think is better that by default the field Approval requester would be completed with the name of Actor (we will spend less time). What do you think?. Thanks a lot and sorry by my english.
