As we already explain : we want to conserve our BTS clean with no pollution, wrong or ununderstable reports. In the past we have try to open the BTS and developpers failed in nervous breakdown. We prefer for the moment (do we have the right in our project ? ) to study each message on the mailing list or the forum, confirm the bug, discuss and report ourself in our BTS.
