Moving from 0.78 to 0.80 i've found the same behaviour.

AFAI've undrstood, before 0.80 all email get imported: if email match
with some email's user, the ticket got associated correctly with that
user; but if not, ticket got imported and associated with generic user.

>From 0.80, only email that match user's email got imported, other are
kept in the queue and have to be imported manually (force).


I've asked about this behaviour change some month ago, but no reply
arrived.
Seems to me not related to rules: i've a generic rule that simply
assign all email to the correct entity.


My primary installation are still on 0.78, and i've only a test
installation on 0.80, so i hope that someone can now explain...
