OK, I install the port called php5-extensions
# cd /usr/ports/lang/php5-extensions
# make config
Options for php5-extensions 1.7
...
[X] CTYPE ctype functions
...
Only left active CTYPE, all others options disable.
# make install clean
# /usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache22 restart
All work good :-)
