Hello, When a user creates a ticket and wants to send it to another group all the groups are displayed if I select Groups and all the users are diplayed if I select Users. But I don't want that user to send a ticket to another departement other that the support departement, so I would like to see in the Group list only Support and in the user's list only the name of technical people. Is it possible to do this with GLPI ?
Example: Marketing departement will only have the choice to send a ticket to Support departement, but not to HR departement because it will not be displayed in the list.
