Hello all, I need help. This is scenario or topology in my office:

Group A, group B, group C. note: GROUP = DEPARTEMENT

User A1, user B1, user C1. User A1 is super admin, and user A1 can see all 
group B and C and ticket issue. But, when users from Group C open the ticket, 
user from group B can view and handle the ticket.

Question is... How can I configure users in the group to join another group for 
handle the ticket issue?? Thanks a lot. Sory my bad english. thanks
