Question: You run XMPP under win7 as "Administrator"?! If yes, delete the "old" mysql-datatabase in xmpp (phpmyadmin) and set up a new database *and* a user whit (all) rights of the glpi db. e.g.: db_name: glpi whit user: glpi make a new/fresh install of glpi (use db_name and user glpi) maybe it helps Ahoi Michael
