Hello,

Which directory do you have? Is it Windows Active Directory?

I suggest to delete all users from your GLPI.
And to re-import everything with following filter in the authentication /
LDAP directories setup

(&(objectClass=user)(objectCategory=person)(!(userAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2))(!(samaccountname=*$)))

Beware: if not AD, delete the useraccountcontrol filter and change
samaccountname to xxxx (depends on your LDAP)

Subject: [Glpi-user] user - ldap authentication - group

Hello

I tried to link user and ldap
the mass import was incorrect
a lot of user where imported in group, not in user
and the user correctly imported are not visible in the user but I can see
them in the database (not visible in the glpi interface), and I cannot
enter it again I have a message user already exists
- how to move user incorrectly imported in the goups to the users
- how to make the user invisible in the glpi visible and merge to
pre-existing users (I have dubble entries)

thx
