Then go back to the user creation and check what it says. 2- And inside the GLPI folder also: /path/to/glpi/files/_logs/migration_to_0.85-xxx.log and also the php-errors.log 3- Check also for the logs in apache, to se if there is something abnormal; here: /var/log/apacheXX/errorsxxx Maybe this steps will give you some additional information about what is going on. Good day, Let´s see. I assume you click on the + symbol and nothing happens or it reloads the page empty or what? Can you provide any other details about your server and software and behavior? It only happens with the user form? The web server logs and the GLPI internal php logs. You can also change GLPI to debug mode and see/post what is it trying to do when you load that page. Install firebug and see if there is any java-script error or something like that.
