Hi community! I'm quite new user of GLPI and I want a small help from you. I have installed GLPI 0.90.1 with OCS and everything works fine so far, but to be really happy I need to have a few features which are important in our company. 1st - Is there way to create transfer protocol on which will be information about one specific computer and related SW and HW? This protocol then will be printed out and signed by an user that take over/borrow the computer. Is there such feature in glpi? 2nd - is there, probably yes, feature to do not detect keyboard and mouse changes on computer by ocs? I'm not sure why, but ocs ng detects a lot of changes on this components (Enhanced (101- or 102-key); Synaptics PS/2 Port TouchPad). Regards Gracian
