Hi Noortje, I ran into a similar problem when I had to update GLPI recently, and my Setup tab didn't have the Plugins option. Basically, the profile group that your account is tied to probably needs added permission to access the Notifications option. Try talking with someone at your organization to see if you have the proper permissions, and if not, add it to your profile group. Hope this helps.
