1) We (as in Kaleb and myself) have raised the required bugzilla version
addition for 3.10, this is still pending closure, so all commits against
3.10 at the moment will *fail* the bug version check. We will keep you
updated on the progress here.
The Bugzilla version (3.10) is now added and available for use.
