Hello folks, I'm trying to make Hadoop 1.0.3 which is the latest version and Gluster 3.3 work together.
But it seems to fail at every glusterFS initialization like follows kdsoo@mcore-virt1:/usr/share/hadoop$ hadoop jar hadoop-examples-1.0.3.jar pi 6 10000 Number of Maps = 6 Samples per Map = 10000 Initializing GlusterFS Failed to initialize GlusterFS I configured hadoop and gluster according to the GlusterFS 3.3 manual. But the only thing different is Hadoop version. Manual requires Hadoop 0.20.. but I took Hadoop 1.0.3 Does version matters? No support over Hadoop 0.20 ?
