Hi Amar. Thanks SO much. That did it. (well, there are other remaining problems but they seem to be easily addressed relative to that initial problem).
My Mum told me never to force anything, but you've proved her wrong. :) for others following in this thread - a 'force stop' and a 'force start' made everything come back.
