It doesn't help in this case, just makes sure, there are no full bricks.

Running a rebalance would help move your files around so that gl4 is not filled 
up.
gluster volume rebalance "volume"  start

Data is rebalanced in term of used disk space in GB, it's not related to the % 
of a brick, am I wrong?
