Well, OK.  So how do I figure out what its problem might be so I can fix it?  I 
wonder if turning on that debug logging level Joe mentioned a few posts ago 
might be helpful?

Also, chkconfig is pretty much obsolete in the Fedora world by now.  Coming 
soon to a RHEL near you.
