Hello,

We are currently using GlusterFS 3.5.3 on a commercial Linux distribution (CGL
variant) based on 2.6.34 kernel (64 bit).
In fact we are planning to migrate to different Linux distribution and hence
also planning to upgrade the GlusterFS version. In this context I would like
to understand whether GlusterFS has any tight dependency on Linux kernel
versions (for e.g. GlusterFS x.y will work only with some particular version of
Linux Kernel etc.. ??). It would be great if some expert can give the pointers
..

Regards
Jomy Abraham
