Afaict, that posix_flush warning might have been fixed in
028afb21a7793d3efbb9db431bde37ec332d9839 which is in 3.7.11

does /opt/lvmdir/c2/brick contain anything? dies it have a
.glusterfd dir?
Yes .glusterfs directory is present and /opt/lvmdir/c2/brick
containing files.
Could the underlying file system mount for that brick have
failed?
mount is successful
