Old post, but would like to mention that there is a workaround to sort your Labels :)
An example: I want to sort these 5 labels: Normal alphabetical sorting: People Phone Log Project X SMS Work Now I want "Phone Log" and "SMS" to be seperated from the others Solution: | People | Project X | Work Phone Log SMS By adding the "|"-Character in front of the name, those labels come first :), this can be expanded with other random characters On Sunday, July 10, 2011 9:06:03 AM UTC+2, Sankarshan wrote: > > Is there a way to keep the labels on the left panel sorted in the > order of unread messages - such that the labels which have unread > messages are on the top. > > I use a netbook with a small screen and have to keep scrolling down > the list to check for new messages in the labels. > > Any suggestions on how to keep the labels sorted ?
