Perhaps you have another IMAP client running elsewhere?

If you think that you may have
cracked<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hacker_definition_controversy#Hacker_definition_controversy>,
have you changed your password and made sure that your account recovery
options are set up? Changing your password will also cause any 3rd party
clients that are logged in (eg. Outlook) to be unable to connect (without
you entering the new password).
