Yes. When you select all messages on a page in a particular label's view, a message should then appear at the top of the listing that says something like ...
All *100* messages on this page are selected. Select all *8351* messages in "Groups/Gmail-Users" In your case it would say "all 4100 messages in FB". Just click the link that appears in the message then select the Mark as read option which should probably be in the More drop-down menu.
