Hi
The likely problem is that the *inbox of the persons *whoever you are
sending the *mails to, is full and not able to hold more than a certain
amount of mails *or* *perhaps the email ID is non existent (deleted -not in
use anymore). Ask the receiving party to empty their mail box as it may
have a limited capacity to hold the number of mails.

It is also possible that their server has crashed.

This is definitely not a gmail problem.
