I just googled it (cyclic?) and several news articles indicate that
Google's stance is that they were patched sufficiently early enough that
users shouldn't need to worry about changing their passwords.  That said,
it's usually a good idea to change them on a regular basis, so Heartbleed
or not, you should consider changing it regularly anyway.
