Dear Groups,

A couple of years ago we created a domain and a few accounts under it.
However, the accounts were always logged in on stable PC's and on mobile
devices during that time. Recently, we have begun a rebuild of some of the
computers and smartphones for the company and the account information has
been lost for a couple of them. We, as creators of the domain and
administrators of the "admin" account, are held responsible for those
accounts.

Unfortunately, the techs who created the domains two years ago did not
document the information for any of the accounts and worse, the ADMIN
account! We have all the necessary information to verify that it was us
that created the account, but we have no idea who we need to contact or
where we need to go to regain access to these accounts.

We have tried contacting Google reps to find a way to resolve this issue,
however we found out that Google does not have an actual customer support
line that helps out with these sorts of issues. In the end we resolved to
post here and hope that some administrator with knowledge of previous
occurrences similar to this one happening can help us out.

Please help us. Thanks to our previous reps we have no record of any of
these accounts and we URGENTLY need to access the administrator account.
