I believe it has been pretty common for years for spam to come from faked email addresses and IP addresses, which frequently (if not constantly) change; so nothing new about that. As far as I know, Gmail's spam filter does not simply look at the sender's address or for particular IPs. In fact I don't know if it uses them at all. Presumably (and based on my experience) it looks at the content of the email, to decide if it is spam. But the spam filter may need "training" from you. If those messages are making it into your Inbox, mark them as spam. Then Gmail's spam filter learns that you consider them to be spam.
