Grouping messages into conversations is only a convenience for how YOU see
your messages in YOUR account.  It has zero effect on anyone else's
accounts​ (unless they also use Gmail, and then the grouping of their
messages into conversations is seen by only them).

Think of it like receiving letters in the postal mail, and bundling them
with a rubber band.  The rubber band doesn't make those letters suddenly
appear at someone else's door.

You just have to be careful what you say in your conversations.

To keep conversations separate, don't use the same Subject.
