John, Your first screenshot is for Google Groups, (https://groups.google.com) not Contact Groups. Completely different things. On your previous post I responded with your correct answer. When you are in the contacts screen, like your second, third, and fifth screen shot, you click the arrow next to "My Contacts (152)" That's where the groups are listed.
