​What, exactly, is the problem you are having?  You never actually said.

One might guess that "still it won't work" might mean that the mail is not
being fetched, but I can't tell what messages you encountered along the
way, if it ever worked, or why you changed passwords.  What are these "less
secure apps" you mentioned, and why are they related?

What does "clearing the CAPTCHA for both accounts" mean?  Maybe I'm the
dummy here, but I am clueless how or where you did that.  I have never
heard of a CAPTCHA that can be set or cleared.

Did you click "Get mail now", and what were the results?  How about "View
history"?
