I was going to reply tonight but Andy has said it all and lots I was going
to say.

Just by extension also - don't always trust unsubscribe links.. if it's a
reputable, known company you'll be OK - any other though and it MIGHT just
be another trick to check your email is valid and current and will then
instead of unsubing see you get even more spam.
