answer.

So, you need to find another way to contact this person.  Either they left
the company, or their email address changed, or you typed it incorrectly.
If you have a phone number, try it.  If you know someone else who knows
him/her, ask them what happened to "enquires".

Is it possible that "enquires" is not a person's name, but is a word that
should be spelled "enquiries" or "inquiries" or something similar?
