I assume you mean translate.google.com. This uses Javascript technology in the browser to translate as you type. Perhaps your web browser is broken or an extension is interfering. Have you tried closing it completely before trying again? Tried a different browser? Reboot? What happens when you press the 'Translate' button? What other troubleshooting have you tried?
