Same problem here.
FF13.0.1 on Windows 7 and Windows XP SP3.

There should at least be a warning like "Could not connect to Google". I am 
really not understanding how this auto-login feature works.

Great idea this add-on, though, hope this serious bug will be fixed.

I have already tried xmarks and it was actually worse.
