FYI: For this run, the local path variable points to the python.org python version 3.7.6
This fixed the python errors we saw the other day but seemed (?) to cause issues with a number of other OC tests. Noble/Josh, Did I need to set some other path variable to get the OC tests to work with my python choice above?
