OS: Debian stretch/sid

arch:
 $ uname -a
 Linux umlautQ 4.4.0-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.4.2-3 (2016-02-21) x86_64
GNU/Linux

compiler:
 $  gcc --version
gcc (Debian 5.3.1-11) 5.3.1 20160307

ffmpeg:
 $ ffplay
 ffplay version 2.8.6-1+b1 Copyright (c) 2003-2016 the FFmpeg developers
  built with gcc 5.3.1 (Debian 5.3.1-8) 20160205

(Debian switched back to shipping normal "ffmpeg" instead of the "libav"
fork a while ago)
