Hello,
I have three ".gff" files in "../gbrowse/databases/<database_name>/"
folder of size 59.7 MB, 4.4 MB and 1.9 MB.
while I am entering the keyword in Landmark or Region box(eg.
chr1:148338177..148348176), I am getting
'500 internal server error' in the browser and 'Premature end of script headers'
in apache error_log file BUT
When, I am using only 59.7 MB file, GBrowse is displaying the correct result.
Is there any limited size for files? How to increase that limited size as I
am having lot more files to include
in the folder "../gbrowse/databases/<database_name>/".
Please Help Me to fix this problem...
