Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has experienced problems with seqid (column 1) of GFF3 files and Gbrowse? We have (for NCBI35(hg17)) been using:
1 . region 1 245522847 . + . Name=1 10 . region 1 135413628 . + . Name=10 11 . region 1 134452384 . + . Name=11 12 . region 1 132449811 . + . Name=12 recently we upgraded to NCBI36(hg18) and had no visualisation on certain chromosomes (1 & Y specifically) having exhausted every possible explanation I tried: chr1 . region 1 247249719 . + . Name=chr1 chr10 . region 1 135374737 . + . Name=chr10 chr11 . region 1 134452384 . + . Name=chr11 chr12 . region 1 132349534 . + . Name=chr12 everything worked! can anyone possibly explain this? thanks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
