Hi Meher,

The easiest thing to do is to get the GBrowse net installer from
http://www.gmod.org/wiki/index.php/Gbrowse#Net-based_Installer_Script
and execute it (with sudo if you're on a unix-like system) like this:

  sudo perl gbrowse-netinstall.pl -d

The -d option tells the installer to get the cvs/development versions of
bioperl-live and GBrowse.
