Every single tuneup invocation made by the nightly builds in the last few weeks have failed. The last time it worked was around 2023-09-27. The changes made around that time ought to be the culprit. Failures with tuneup cause the autobuild system to rerun things 5 times; that's my electricity bill... Please test any changes before checking them in.
