A work around could be using a transfinite mesh. Try adding the following lines to your file:

Transfinite Line{r1,r2} = 2/c ;
Transfinite Line{r3,r4} = 5/c ;
Transfinite Surface(s);

Hi,

When a ruled surface is generated with a BSpline as boundary, some triangles at other boundaries are strongly stretched, whatever the algorithm used, yielding a computational grid of very poor quality. (see attached geo file and figure).

Does anyone has a solution to correct this ?

Thanks in advance.
