Hello everybody, I think I found a bug in newer 2.5.x Gmsh versions when it comes to generating structured meshes. It apparently generates faces not connected (or badly conected) to the volumes they define. Creating a mesh in the same way using Gmsh 2.4 works well though. I found this mistake when reading the mesh with the preprocessor of Code_Saturne, a CFD solver developed by Electricité de France.
