Dear GMSH People,

I am using DelQuad & Recombine Surface to mesh a surface with quads. However, 
it turns out that some quads have their normal reversed compared to the other ones 
(see reversed.png). I have checked the original mesh and all tris have the correct 
normal (see correct.png). Is it an expected behavior of Recombine Surface? Thanks 
in advance for your comments.
