In the "Mesh" section of Gmsh's Options window, there is an option which
is labeled "element size factor". In Gmsh's documentation, the only
mention of a "size factor" refers to Print.EpsPointSizeFactor, which I
suspect has no relation with it.
The option influences the element size, which comes as no surprise due
to its name. Nevertheless, does anyone happen to know what this option
actually does?
