Hi Hiroshi, It seems that Ubuntu is simply shipping versions of Gmsh and GetDP that contain incompatible versions of Onelab (GetDP is too old).
In any case I recommend you download the Onelab bundle from onelab.info : it contains more recent (and compatible) versions of Gmsh and GetDP.
