Hi, I am currently using gmsh to mesh two .stl models. I have two .stl model, brain tissue and tumour. I need to mesh the shared boundary explicitly between brain tumour and brain tissue. I am now able to use GMSH remeshing the surface of one .stl file and mesh the volume. Can GMSH mesh two .stl files (brain and tumour, part of the tumour is inside the brain, so they have connected boundaries), and give explicit boundary (connected nodes…)?
