This should give you a good starting point for your own modifications.

Hello - I have previously asked about a DPPC bilayer and was very helpfully
answered by Justin (Many thanks!) who pointed me to the Tieleman page:
http://moose.bio.ucalgary.ca/index.php?page=Structures_and_Topologies
which was a great help, but unfortunately, the itp files are for ffgmx. I've spent
some time trying to "update" them myself, but to no avail (*and I'm aware that this
is a risky strategy anyway!) So I'm writing again to ask if someone has DPPC itp files for
ffG43... or later, that they wouldn't mind sharing with me?

Many thanks indeed for your help.

Jen
