Hi all, I have been running mdrun in Parallel for few hours due to full disk it crashed in between, later when I use trjconv command trjconv -f .trr -o xtc for convert .trr to .xtc its showing
"Program trjconv, VERSION 3.3.1 Source code file: trnio.c, line: 66 File input/output error: Can not determine precision of trn file" cant I make .trr to .xtc? what may be the problem how can I remedy this error. Any suggestions would be appreciated Thanks in advance
