dear justin, Thank u for your atonce reply. I know that there is no relation between structure obtained by trjconv and g_morph. But the time factor for each pdb as TITLE frame t= 0.091 . on which basis this time factor present in interm.pdb files because g_morph tool does not take any time as input. it takes only two pdb as input I am expecting your reply Thanks in advance
