Hello, I am a new user to vmd and I wanted to know how to generate dcd files.
Reading from posts that already exist here about dcd file generation, I found out that we can use wordom to do this generation which when I tried to configure in linux, didn't work. I got some help thinking this was my fault and the linux expert said that certain files and libraries were outdated. There was another link that I found from here. This was http://www.mpibpc.gwdg.de/groups/de_groot/xtc.tar.gz This didn't work either. I really need help on this. I need to generate a dcd file asap. The only way I read of is by conversion from xtc to dcd..
