(This happens NOT when a .swf is embedded in a .html, but when you give the browser a URL for a .swf at the top level. I verified it's failing in Browse in OS 759, which is a candidate for the final 8.2.0 release. The same URL, below, works in Firefox on my Fedora box. --gnu)
